Middle Eastern Marinade
From the Kitchen of:
Pepper

2/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 lemon, juice only
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 onion, grated
Pinch of saffron
Pinch ground cumin
Mix well, marinate for 1 hour and use as directed.
Makes 4 servings.
